Super boosts jackpot capabilities with Thrill Tech

Super has announced a worldwide alliance with ThrillTech to improve its jackpot offering.

As part of the new partnership, ThrillPots’ side-bet jackpots will be incorporated throughout Super’s online gambling brands, starting with the NapoleOINK jackpot for Napoleon Casino in Belgium.

“We’re excited to partner with ThrillTech to roll out the ThrillPots mechanic across all markets, which fits well with our strategic focus on delivering premium and highly entertaining gaming experiences,” said Maxim Verplanken, VP of Product at Super. We are excited to see the initial deployment go live in Belgium, and we look forward to extending this innovative service globally.”

In Europe, Super is present with its Superbet brand in Romania, Poland, Serbia – and most recently Greece – and also in Belgium, while in Latin America it is present in Brazil. The corporation also maintains technology hubs in Spain, the Netherlands, Croatia and the United Kingdom.

Last year the company formally changed its corporate identity from Superbet Group to Super Technologies, to better reflect what it characterized as the transformation of the company from a betting operator to a larger technology and digital entertainment enterprise.

Super also received a €1.3bn finance package with its main backer Blackstone and HPS Investment Partners to support its expansion goals into new and existing markets.

Super was formed in 2008 by Romanian entrepreneur Sacha Dragic, and Blackstone made its first investment in the company in 2019 to help its expansion beyond Romania to Central and Eastern Europe.

“[The move] also represents ThrillTech’s entrance into Belgium and complements the firm’s certifications in jurisdictions such as the UK, the Netherlands, Brazil and Peru.

ThrillTech co-founder Benjamin Bradtke said the alliance was a “massive milestone” for the company.

He continued, “The first ThrillPots launch with Napoleon in Belgium is a perfect example of the global scalability of our solution. We look forward to witnessing the measurable engagement and revenues our player-funded jackpots will bring for Super’s

brands globally.”
