January revenue in Nevada is up compared to the same month last year.

income from slot machines accounted for the lion's share at $731.5m, an increase of 39.0% from 2021, while income from table games contributed $347.3m.

The model with the biggest revenue was multi-denomination slots, which brought in $358.1m, while penny slots brought in $279.6m. Blackjack brought in $106.0m, far more than baccarat's $64.8m in table game earnings.

The overall revenue for the month came to $67.7m from sports betting, which is a 4.6% decrease compared to previous year. Mobile sports betting accounted for 15.2m of that total. With a 71.8% increase year-over-year and marginally ahead of December 2021, the month's sports betting handle was $1.11bn.

With $36.6m in revenue, a 42.9% rise from the previous month, American football emerged as the most popular sport. Next came basketball with $11.3m, followed by other sports with $2.9m.

With $928.7 million, the Clark County region—which includes Las Vegas—was the most profitable. Next came Washoe County with $74.3m, followed by Elko County with $31.7m.

Recent reports indicate that Nevada's casino industry brought in $13.40 billion in 2021, with $445.1 million coming from sports betting.

Additionally, in February, players from the state wagered a record-breaking $179.8 million on the Super Bowl.
